MiningGear Co respects your privacy. Under privacy laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), you have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information.

Do we sell your information?

We do not sell your personal information for money. We may share limited data with service providers (such as payment, shipping and analytics partners) strictly to operate our store. You can still request that we do not share your information for targeted advertising.

How to submit a request

To opt out, or to request access to or deletion of your data, email privacy@mininggearco.com with the subject line “Do Not Sell My Info” and the email address associated with your account. We will process verified requests within the timeframe required by law.
